The vessel was hand blown and then sandblasted and painted with oils. The lid was created in wax and then cast in bronze. This piece has received nationally recognition, selected by Corning Museum’s International publication, “New Glass Review” in 1989. A slide of this work is in the permanent archives at the Museum in Corning, NY.
