Ordering Robbins Ranch Art Glass
To place your order, you have two options…
1) Call us at (505) 832-2272 to finalize your design selections, answer any questions and submit a credit card payment over the phone. You can call us any day of the week between 9 am and 8 pm (Mountain time). If we are selling our glass at an art festival, usually on the weekends, please leave a voice mail message and we will return your call within 24 hours.
2) Email us at robbinsranch@earthlink.net with your requests and any questions regarding your order. When we receive your order request, we will call you back with a total cost and take a method of payment at that time.
Creating your custom art glass:
All work created at our studio requires a selection of color and design style. Please click on the links below to view our in-stock color list, standard design styles and color mixes. Certain items will require one color selection and other pieces will have a variety of choices. Once you have reviewed the colors and designs, you are ready to contact us with your order request. Please note that we do keep in stock some of the more popular items already made so if you are not interested in designing your own mix, we can tell you what we have immediately available and ready to ship.

We also need the following information to process your order:
- Customer Name: Your name and also any other name if this is a gift being sent by you to someone else.
- Bill to Address: Address where your credit card bills go. We need this to process your payment.
- Ship to Address: Location you would like the package sent.
- Method of shipping: We ship Fed Ex Ground, UPS and US Postage. Some people cannot receive one or the other based on their location. Note that PO Boxes cannot get Fed Ex shipments and some people cannot receive regular US Mail if they live in a rural area. We will always confirm address and method we are sending the package prior to shipment.
- Email address: We like to send you an email receipt with a tracking number after the package has been shipped.
- Home Phone or Cell Phone: In case we need to contact you about your order.
- Method of payment: We accept VISA or Mastercard but DO NOT email this information. We will take your credit card number over the phone when we finalize your order.
- Please note: All in-stock items require a complete payment at time of order processing. Special orders require a 50% deposit and will take anywhere from 3 to 6 weeks to process. Balances on all orders are to be paid in full when your order is completed, before the artwork is shipped.
